Nothing the Oracle says constitutes professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological, spiritual, or otherwise. Responses are not curated, reviewed, or approved by any human prior to delivery.

[2. ADULT CONTENT WARNING]

The Oracle is designed to produce content that includes profanity, sexual references, violent imagery, and personal insults directed at the user. You must be 18 or older to use this service. By entering this site, you represent that you are an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you consent to being exposed to such content.

[3. PROHIBITED USE]

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or describes real harm to identifiable persons
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service infrastructure
• Use the service to harass, dox, or impersonate others
• Scrape, automate, or mass-query the service

[4. YOUR CONTENT]

By submitting questions, you grant thecyco.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your questions and the Oracle's responses for the purpose of operating the service.

[5. NO WARRANTY]

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, accuracy of responses, or any particular outcome from use.

[6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY]

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thecyco.com, Cyber Productions LLC, and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including emotional distress, perceived insult, or reliance on any response.

[7. INDEMNIFICATION]

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless thecyco.com, Cyber Productions LLC, and its operators from any claim arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

[8. MENTAL HEALTH]

[10. CHANGES TO TERMS]

We may update these terms. When we do, you will be prompted to re-seal the Pact. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

[11. GOVERNING LAW]

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

[12. USER ACCOUNTS]

You may optionally create a username-and-password account ("Binding"). By creating an account you agree to the following additional terms:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Use a strong, unique password of at least 12 characters.
• Usernames must be 3-24 characters (letters, numbers, underscores, hyphens only). Impersonating staff, the Oracle, or other users is prohibited.
• An email address is optional and used only for password recovery. We will not send marketing emails.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by using the "Forget Me" function on your profile page or by typing "BURN IT" in the confirmation dialog. Deletion is permanent and irrecoverable.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
